Pigs and Puppy news

Pigs vs Puppies update – looks like that long weekend paid off! Did we make it past the $20,000 mark? YES we did! Panthers have now raised $21,251! Thanks to 134 students! Fantastic job, guys!! Congratulations to our latest Hummer Limo passengers Alexa Corsiglia, Jude Anderson and Molly Rosenthal! And what about the Homeroom competition? In 6th grade, Krause is in the lead but Hobbs is closing in! For 7th grade – you won’t believe it - but there is a 3-way tie for first: Lauster, M. Johnson and Mackenzie. In 8th grade Meschery is ahead of Schulist but only by ONE student. Don’t YOU want the pizza party for YOUR homeroom? Let’s go, Panthers -- this is our LAST week! Ticket sales end Monday so let’s get out there and SELL! RACE! WIN! Thank you.

 

March Madness Team Picks

All homeroom reps and officers report to Ms. Morse's room(C-6) at the BEGINNING of lunch on Thursday, 3/21, to pick your homeroom March Madness basketball teams.

Yearbook

Teachers, please read the list of students (delivered to your class) who have purchased a yearbook. There are only 50 more yearbooks for sale so anyone not on this list should purchase them quickly. They can be purchased online (yearbookordercenter.com  use school code 7653) or at school via cash/check. Checks should be made out to Miller Creek Home and School Club. Money should be turned into the office.

Homeroom Pigs:

Please have your pig decorated and ready to go next Thursday, 3/28/19.  Judging will happen at lunchtime under the pavilion. Oink!

MC Environmental Ambassadors

MC Environmental Ambassadors - Meet in M-5 today. Each group will need to check in with Mr. Schulist about their progress.

Creek Cafe Lunch Session Open until March 15th

Spring Creek Cafe Lunch Session Order Now ! Tired of packing those lunches? Creek Cafe Lunch spring menu is now available. This is the opportunity to order lunches for the remainder of the school year. The session begins March 18th through the end of the year. Deadline for spring ordering is March 15th. Check the Panther Press for more info and the link to order if you need it!

Thursday: Arroyo’s class plus Jung roll numbers 1-20-meet on blacktop for practical skills

Thursday: Zellers class plus Jung roll numbers 21-40-meet at Band Room for video instruction

*If you are able to bring/ride your bike and have a helmet  bring them to school on your blacktop skills day.

**If not Safe Routes will have extra bikes & helmets for you to use.
